At Next Tripz, we understand that plans can change. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for our tours.
1. Cancellations by the Traveler
More than 15 days before the tour date: Full refund, minus any non-refundable fees (e.g., bank or transaction charges).
7 to 10 days before the tour date: Partial refund (percentage will depend on the tour’s terms).
Less than 7 days before the tour date: No refund will be issued.
2. Cancellations by Next Tripz
If we cancel a tour due to weather, safety concerns, or other unforeseen events, you will receive a full refund or have the option to reschedule at no extra cost.
3. No-Show Policy
If you do not show up on the day of the tour without prior notice, no refund will be provided.
4. Changes to Your Booking
Date changes may be possible depending on availability. Some changes may require an additional fee.
5. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 30 business days to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. Non-Refundable Items
Certain promotions, special offers, and last-minute bookings may be non-refundable. This will be clearly stated at the time of booking.
